Welcome to our New Computer Helpdesk page.  It is our goal to list files and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and answers here so that you can have a reference available if and when you need computer help.  It is small now, but as questions get asked and answered, We will update this page so make sure you check back often.  If you are in need of assistance with your computer or other electronic device, contact one of our volunteers and they will try and assist you in getting everything figured out.

If your computer is acting up, we may have gratis help for you. Simply contact one of our gurus: Ted Richards (404) 754-0415 Bob Green (770) 786-8702 – rgreen1@greenunicorn.com or click here to fill out an online request.  Both men have extensive experience and gladly offer their free services, until they become hopelessly inundated! If they cannot help, only then, should you consider taking your computer to a store for a few days and shell out the big bucks. Curiously, many PC ills can be cured by turning off the computer, waiting at least ten seconds, or when things quiet down, then turning the computer back on. Though our services are free, a donation to our ePost would be greatly appreciated. There is no implied warranty or liability.
